This return and refund policy sets out the conditions applicable to orders placed on the Bayareen website.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. This right is subject to the conditions defined below.

Return conditions

To be accepted, any returned item must:

• be clean,

• not have been worn beyond trying on,

• not have been washed,

• be returned in its original condition, with all tags intact.

 

Items showing signs of wear, washing, odour, or damage will not be accepted. All return requests must include the corresponding order number.

Return procedure

Before sending any item back, customers must contact Bayareen customer service at the following address: bayareen@outlook.com

Please include in your message:

• your order number,

• the item concerned,

• the reason for the return (optional).

 

Once the request has been approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

 

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a defective product or a fulfilment error on Bayareen's part, return costs will be fully covered.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Standard delivery costs are refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Express or optional delivery costs are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.

Any returned item that does not meet the return conditions may be sent back to the customer without a refund.
